Re-qualify your denied leads the moment a DPA criterion loosens.

Upload your denied-applications roster (CSV). The website watcher monitors Charleston Tri-County DPA programs (SC Housing, FHA, Movement Boost, USDA). When a criterion loosens — income limit raised, DTI cap nudged, FICO floor dropped — Claude cross-references your roster and surfaces the leads that now qualify, with a 1-sentence outreach script ready to copy.

How it works

The DPA website watcher polls SC Housing / FHA / Movement Boost / USDA pages every 30 minutes. When a material content change is detected, Claude Haiku extracts the specific eligibility criterion that changed (income / DTI / FICO / etc.) and the old → new threshold. The re-qualifier then re-runs each denied lead's qualification logic against the new threshold and flags newly-qualifying leads with a personalized outreach script. Compliance: the broker is messaging their own past applicants (established business relationship), so TCPA-clean for SMS when consent was previously captured.
