How the lead pack is composed
Run nightly via python -m worker.processing.lead_pack. Composer pulls four streams — refi-engine output, permits with the HELOC flag, freshly-filed lis pendens, and assessor snapshots with >25% YoY jumps — and ranks them by a strength × loan-size score. CSV is generated on demand from this page or via the /api/lead-pack.csv endpoint. Slack digest posts each morning to the broker's channel.
